Advantages: Clean and friendly staff. Emre and the two young men on duty on Wednesday morning were very helpful. Kind and very accommodating. As a family we felt safe and very comfortable. Disadvantages: I breakfast was lovely lots of variety but we felt perhaps a better selection of English breakfast like pasteries should have been made available. It’s a minor but would have made the stay 10/10

Honestly, I regretted it. If I had known, I would have come right back here. Like what, the number of stars does not do everything: for me, this 4 stars is largely up to the task, and even better than some 5 stars that I have been able to do.The location is ideal: metro, tram, restaurants, shops and Grand Bazaar nearby. Many things can be done on foot.The hotel is very clean and the staff is really nice, whether at the reception, at breakfast or the maids. Always smiling, available and caring. The breakfast is also very rich, with a lot of choices.More than two years after my first stay, the quality and service are still there. A real safe bet in Istanbul that I recommend without hesitation. Next time, I won't look elsewhere.

Advantages: I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! It is small but very cozy and comfortable. We received such a warm and welcoming reception from the moment we arrived. Our room was cleaned every day, and the entire hotel was very clean and well-maintained.

Advantages: The accommodation offers an excellent price–value ratio. I would especially highlight the reception and guest service. The garden dinners with live music also have a wonderful atmosphere. I can only recommend it to everyone!

We had a really great time at the Vicenza Hotel and would come back anytime.There were five of us there at the beginning of September, with my two children and my elderly parents and we felt completely comfortable. We would especially like to highlight the very friendly and courteous staff. The porter Gökhan, the very hardworking cleaning lady Yazgül, the chef Ali Bey and the staff in the restaurant were consistently attentive, helpful and cordial. The service was at a very high level overall.The condition of the hotel also surprised us very positively. Everything seemed very well maintained. The bathrooms were, as far as we have learned, extensively renovated in 2025. During our stay at the beginning of September, the entrance area was also gradually renewed, as well as the dining area on the lower floor. You can see that there is a continuous investment in the hotel.At dinner, however, there is one point that we would like to note: a classic dinner buffet apparently only takes place if there are enough guests or larger groups in the hotel. On the other evenings we ate in the restaurant. The food there was very good for us, delicious and also absolutely perfect from the portions ausreichend.An the evening with a buffet, however, we would have liked a bottle of water to be ready on every table. Instead, there was water from a central water jug or a water station, so you had to get up again and again. Especially with children and older people at the table, we found this a little inconvenient. At the same time, this creates the impression that you should order additional drinks, which will then be charged separately. From our point of view, a bottle of water on every table would be the much more pleasant and hospitable solution here.The location was also perfect for us. The metro M2 and the tram T1 are very easy to reach, as are the bus connections in the direction of Eyüpsultan. Since we mainly visited mosques and places of religious or historical significance during our stay, the hotel was an ideal starting point for our activities.Overall, we were very satisfied as a family with children and elderly parents and can recommend the Vicenza Hotel without restrictions. The small point of criticism at the buffet does not change our overall very positive impression.Many thanks especially to Gökhan, Yazgül, Ali Bey and the whole team for the wonderful time. Nice hotel. Clean and well located. It has a swimming pool on the terrace and another one under cover, which is appreciated after the walks that you take around Istanbul
